Tickets not received yet

Hi. I ordered and paid for (via Paypal) 2 weekend passes on 13 September, but still haven't received the tickets. I assume that if I bring proof of the purchase (copies of Paypal email and my credit card account showing the deduction) there won't be a problem at the door?
