Birmingham Intl Comics Show 2007 Program Book

Hello,
Is there any chance that you have or can get the Birmingham Intl Comics Show 2007 Program (see attached pic)? I live in the US and have no chance of finding it. Any help is greatly appreciated...

I'll see if James has any left. I think we sold them all on ebay, (there were 200 delivered late by the printers) but there may be a couple lying around.
